The Point Dume Community Association (the “PDCA”) meets the second Wednesday of every month at Point Dume Marine Science Elementary Library, 7pm. The meetings are usually two (2) hours long and focus on the following topics: Approval of last meetings minutes, Old Business, and New Business. Discussion topics in the old and new business time period range from reports about commercial development plans in the Point Dume area, reports about city agenda items for the Point Dume area, Point Dume neighborhood issues such as traffic problems around the Marine Science Elementary School, City planned sidewalks, city planned new bus routes for the Point Dume Headlands park, and other similar issues.

Riviera I: This Riviera is the smallest of the three active beach associations on Point Dume with fifty lots on the beach side of Pacific coast Hwy located on Zuma View Drive and Zumirez Drive. The beach access gate is located at the end of Zumirez Drive. Parking permits and access cards are required for entry and the gate is guarded in the summer months. Riviera II: Malibu Riviera Two is an association of homeowners responsible for maintaining a private pedestrain access easement across four private properties to the beach. Access is provided at the end of Wildlife. Keys to the two locked and secured gates are provided to homeowners on the streets of Wildlife, Whitesands, Boniface, Portshead, Fernhill and Selfridge. Riviera III: Malibu Riviera III is a voluntary property assoication in Point Dume that includes 1/2 of Dume Drive, Grayfox Street, Cliffside Drive, Bison Court and Sea Ranch. For more infomation contact, (310)457-1975.
